Our Goal:

Our goal is to provide a training and competitive "TEAM" environment for Southern Arizona's Best athletes

that will teach them how to play their very best at a national level.

Our Plan:

Our plan is to CHALLANGE. We have developed a comprehensive training program that is bulit on the foundation of 5 tool + System of training that covers all aspects including the mental, physical, and Social aspects of the game. Participation in this program will raise the level of play of ever single player envolved- those who make the team and those who don't, those who play the majority of the time and those who compete for time. The Program includes hitting, pitching, and defensive, Instruction, professionally designed strength and conditioning program, mental and team stratigy, and much, much more. Our intention is to win the USA tournament and in the process produce the top High School Players around.

Results:

For those who participate in this program, we guarantee you will be as prepared as possible to play at the next level--whether that be college or professionally...This team experience is as close as you can come to a preview of those levels.

We have said all that to say this; We are looking for a handful of very special kids to build our team. What does special mean?

Well to us special is a unique combination of things.

Attitude- He or she must be eager to learn, listen, experiment and try new things
Aptitude- He or she must have a natural love of the game of baseball or softball
Ability- He or she must have a solid overall athletic ability and baseball skills.
Commitment- He or she must be persisten and typicaly resilient to temporary failures and challenges and be loyal to the team at all times.
Work Ethic/Dedication- He or she must attend and habitually strive to improve and to challenge those around him.
Goals- He or she must have a burning desire to play past his or her current level of play
Parent(s) who are supportive but not instrusive- His/her parents must be helpful but not attempting to save there child from "failure" by manipulation, coercion, or infuence. They must view their child as a capable, responsible, honorable young person who is ultimately accountable for his/her or her own failures and success. I have found this to be the true desire of most parents.

Here are the Student/Athletes we are looking for:

Their dream is to play, college or professional baseball
They love to play ball
They would mark the date of the first practice and count down the days
They would be sitting in the driveway, ready to go as you drive up
They are in search of a program that is about developing players to the next level and getting players great exposure, while placing the team first and self intrest second.
