Edgar Soto & Ricky Scruggs

Edgar Soto and Ricky Are friends now for over 20 years. Edgar played against me at western and at UNM. I beat him up pretty good when he was at western but when he came to UNLV to play against us with the UNM lobos, Edgar homered to beat us. Good Shot E!
